\u7b49\u75be\u75c5\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>\u9499\u4e0e\u5185\u8d28\u7f51<\/h2>\n<p>\u5185\u8d28\u7f51\uff08ER\uff09\u662f\u53c2\u4e0e\u9499\u5e73\u8861\u7684\u5173\u952e\u7ec6\u80de\u5668\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u5185\u8d28\u7f51\u662f\u4e3b\u8981\u7684\u9499\u50a8\u5b58\u5e93\uff0c\u534f\u52a9\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u6298\u53e0\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u7ec6\u80de\u529f\u80fd\u3002\u5185\u8d28\u7f51\u9499\u6d53\u5ea6\u7684\u7d0a\u4e71\u4f1a\u5f15\u53d1\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u4e8b\u4ef6\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u5185\u8d28\u7f51\u5e94\u6fc0\u548c\u672a\u6298\u53e0\u86cb\u767d\u53cd\u5e94\uff08UPR\uff09\u7684\u6fc0\u6d3b\u3002\u8fd9\u5c31\u662f WFS1 \u548c CISD2 \u7b49\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u53d1\u6325\u4f5c\u7528\u7684\u5730\u65b9\u3002<\/p>\n<h3><strong>WFS1 \u5728\u9499\u7a33\u6001\u4e2d\u7684\u4f5c\u7528<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>WFS1 \u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u4e0e\u8c03\u8282 ER \u5185\u9499\u542b\u91cf\u6709\u5173\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u3002\u6709\u7814\u7a76\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0cWFS1 \u53ef\u53d1\u6325 Ca2+ \u6e17\u900f\u901a\u9053\u7684\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u5f71\u54cd\u7a33\u6001 ER Ca2+ \u6d53\u5ea6\u3002\u6709\u8da3\u7684\u662f\uff0cWFS1 \u4e0e\u6c99\u6c0f\/\u5185\u8d28\u7f51 Ca2+-ATP \u9176\uff08SERCA\uff09\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u5f15\u5bfc\u5176\u964d\u89e3\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u5f71\u54cd ER \u7684\u9499\u5438\u6536\u7387\u3002<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u4e86\u89e3 CISD2 \u5728\u9499\u5e73\u8861\u4e2d\u7684\u4f5c\u7528<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u4e0e WFS1 \u7c7b\u4f3c\uff0cCISD2 \u4e5f\u662f\u53e6\u4e00\u79cd\u5728\u7ef4\u6301 ER \u9499\u5e73\u8861\u65b9\u9762\u53d1\u6325\u5173\u952e\u4f5c\u7528\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u3002\u867d\u7136\u786e\u5207\u7684\u673a\u5236\u8fd8\u4e0d\u5b8c\u5168\u6e05\u695a\uff0c\u4f46\u5df2\u77e5 CISD2 \u4e0e SERCA \u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u5f71\u54cd\u5176\u6d3b\u6027\u3002\u8fd9\u8868\u660e CISD2 \u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u5728 ER \u5185\u7684\u9499\u52a8\u529b\u5b66\u4e2d\u53d1\u6325\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>\u6c83\u5c14\u592b\u62c9\u59c6\u7efc\u5408\u5f81\u4e0e\u9499\u5931\u8c03<\/h2>\n<p>WFS1 \u548c CISD2 \u90fd\u4e0e\u6c83\u5c14\u592b\u62c9\u59c6\u7efc\u5408\u5f81\u6709\u5173\uff0c\u6c83\u5c14\u592b\u62c9\u59c6\u7efc\u5408\u5f81\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u7f55\u89c1\u7684\u9057\u4f20\u6027\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u8868\u73b0\u51fa\u4ece\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u5230\u5149\u5b66\u840e\u7f29\u7b49\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u75c7\u72b6\u3002\u8be5\u7efc\u5408\u5f81\u4e0e ER \u9499\u5e73\u8861\u7f3a\u9677\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u7ec6\u80de\u529f\u80fd\u969c\u788d\u6709\u5173\u3002\u4e86\u89e3 WFS1 \u548c CISD2 CISD2 \u7684\u878d\u5408<\/h2>\n<p>\u867d\u7136\u8fd9\u4e9b\u86cb\u767d\u5c5e\u4e8e\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u5bb6\u65cf\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u751f\u5316\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u4f46\u5b83\u4eec\u90fd\u805a\u96c6\u5728 ER \u819c\u548c
