GLP-1\u53d7\u9ad4\u6fc0\u52a8\u5291\u5728\u5168\u4e16\u754c\u90fd\u5f97\u5230\u4e86\u8a8d\u771f\u7684\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u4e2d\u570b\u4e5f\u4e0d\u4f8b\u5916\u3002GLP-1 \u85e5\u7269\u6700\u521d\u7528\u65bc\u6cbb\u7642 2 \u578b\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u5176\u6f5b\u5728\u7684\u9ad4\u91cd\u7ba1\u7406\u85e5\u6548\uff0c\u73fe\u5728\u6b63\u88ab\u7528\u65bc\u6cbb\u7642\u80a5\u80d6\u75c7\u3002\u9019\u4f7f\u5f97\u4e2d\u570b\u7684\u91ab\u7642\u4fdd\u5065\u884c\u696d\u8655\u65bc\u4e00\u500b\u975e\u5e38\u71b1\u9580\u7684\u8faf\u8ad6\u524d\u6cbf\uff1a\u53e3\u670d GLP-1 \u85e5\u7269\u8207\u6ce8\u5c04\u66ff\u4ee3\u54c1\u3002\u96a8\u8457\u81e8\u5e8a\u6578\u64da\u7684\u7a4d\u7d2f\uff0c\u5e02\u5834\u4e3b\u5c0e\u6b0a\u7684\u722d\u596a\u65e5\u8da8\u6fc0\u70c8\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u4e3b\u8981\u7684\u88fd\u85e5\u5ee0\u5546\u90fd\u5728\u70ba\u5546\u696d\u5316\u4e0a\u5e02\u505a\u6e96\u5099\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>\u77ad\u89e3 GLP-1 \u53ca\u5176\u91cd\u8981\u6027<\/h2>\n<p>\u9019\u985e\u85e5\u7269\u6703\u6a21\u4eff\u4eba\u9ad4\u5167\u7684\u5929\u7136\u8377\u723e\u8499\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u80f0\u5cf6\u7d20\u5206\u6ccc\u3001\u8abf\u7bc0\u8840\u7cd6\u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u4e26\u6e1b\u8f15\u9ad4\u91cd\u3002\u76f4\u5230\u6700\u8fd1\uff0c\u9019\u985e\u85e5\u7269\u4e2d\u6700\u77e5\u540d\u7684\u6210\u54e1 Wegovy \u548c Ozempic \u90fd\u662f\u6ce8\u5c04\u5291\u3002\u4f46\u96a8\u8457\u53e3\u670d GLP-1s \u7684\u4e0a\u5e02\uff0c\u5176\u53ef\u53ca\u6027\u548c\u6613\u7528\u6027\u6210\u70ba\u71b1\u9580\u8a71\u984c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u96a8\u8457\u4e2d\u570b\u80a5\u80d6\u75c7\u548c\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u60a3\u75c5\u7387\u7684\u6025\u5287\u4e0a\u5347\uff0c\u5c0d\u4ee5 GLP-1 \u70ba\u57fa\u790e\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u85e5\u7269\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u4e5f\u6c34\u6f32\u8239\u9ad8\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u85e5\u7269\u70ba\u6578\u4ee5\u767e\u842c\u8a08\u7684\u4eba\u5011\u5e36\u4f86\u4e86\u89e3\u6c7a\u9019\u4e9b\u6162\u6027\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u65b0\u5e0c\u671b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>\u53e3\u670d GLP-1 \u8207\u6ce8\u5c04\uff1a\u53ef\u53ca\u6027\u8207\u7642\u6548\u7684\u722d\u8ad6<\/h2>\n<p>\u4e2d\u570b GLP-1 \u5e02\u5834\u6700\u8feb\u5207\u7684\u722d\u8ad6\u4e4b\u4e00\u570d\u7e5e\u8457 <strong>\u53e3\u670d\u8207\u6ce8\u5c04\u9078\u9805<\/strong>.\u96d6\u7136\u6ce8\u5c04\u578b GLP-1 \u85e5\u7269\u591a\u5e74\u4f86\u4e00\u76f4\u662f\u6a19\u6e96\u7528\u85e5\uff0c\u4f46\u53e3\u670d\u5236\u5291\u56e0\u5176\u4fbf\u5229\u6027\u53ca\u6539\u5584\u75c5\u60a3\u4f9d\u5f9e\u6027\u7684\u6f5b\u529b\u800c\u9010\u6f38\u53d7\u5230\u91cd\u8996\u3002\u8b93\u6211\u5011\u4f86\u5206\u6790\u4e00\u4e0b\u9019\u5834\u722d\u8ad6\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u65b9\u9762\uff1a<\/p>\n<h3>1. <strong>\u4fbf\u5229\u6027\u8207\u75c5\u60a3\u4f9d\u5f9e\u6027<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u53ef\u4ee5\u8aaa\uff0c\u4e2d\u570b GLP-1 \u5e02\u5834\u4e0a\u6700\u53d7\u95dc\u6ce8\u7684\u554f\u984c\u4e4b\u4e00\u5c31\u662f\u53e3\u670d\u8207\u6ce8\u5c04\u3002\u96d6\u7136\u8fc4\u4eca\u70ba\u6b62\uff0cGLP-1 \u6cbb\u7642\u5291\u50b3\u7d71\u4e0a\u90fd\u662f\u6ce8\u5c04\u5291\uff0c\u4f46\u53e3\u670d\u5236\u5291\u56e0\u5176\u65b9\u4fbf\u6027\u548c\u66f4\u597d\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u4f9d\u5f9e\u6027\u800c\u958b\u59cb\u5d84\u9732\u982d\u89d2\u3002\u4e8b\u5be6\u4e0a\uff0c\u4e00\u7a2e\u540d\u70ba semaglutide \u7684\u53e3\u670d GLP-1 \u53d7\u9ad4\u6fc0\u52a8\u5291\u5df2\u65bc 2019 \u5e74\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\u548c\u6b50\u6d32\u7372\u51c6\u7528\u65bc\u6cbb\u7642 2 \u578b\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u3002\u8b93\u6211\u5011\u4f86\u770b\u770b\u9019\u5834\u722d\u8ad6\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u65b9\u9762\uff1a<\/p>\n<h3>2. <strong>\u529f\u6548\u8207\u526f\u4f5c\u7528<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u96d6\u7136\u53e3\u670d GLP-1 \u85e5\u7269\u6bd4\u8f03\u65b9\u4fbf\uff0c\u4f46\u76f8\u5c0d\u65bc\u6ce8\u5c04\u5f0f\u66ff\u4ee3\u85e5\u7269\uff0c\u53e3\u670d GLP-1 \u85e5\u7269\u7684\u7642\u6548\u4ecd\u6709\u7591\u554f\u3002\u5230\u76ee\u524d\u70ba\u6b62\uff0c\u81e8\u5e8a\u8a66\u9a57\u986f\u793a\u6ce8\u5c04\u578b GLP-1 \u85e5\u7269\uff0c\u5982 Wegovy \u548c Zepbound\uff0c\u4ecd\u7136\u8f03\u70ba\u6709\u6548\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u5728\u9ad4\u91cd\u5927\u5e45\u4e0b\u964d\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u53e3\u670d\u914d\u65b9\u6b63\u5728\u8fc5\u901f\u6539\u9032\uff0c\u521d\u6b65\u6578\u64da\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u5728\u80a5\u80d6\u4e0d\u592a\u56b4\u91cd\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u9ad4\u91cd\u7684\u6e1b\u8f15\u7a0b\u5ea6\u4e5f\u4e0d\u76f8\u4e0a\u4e0b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6700\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u56e0\u7d20\u662f\u5176\u826f\u597d\u7684\u8010\u53d7\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u53e3\u670d\u914d\u65b9\u6bd4\u5176\u4ed6\u914d\u65b9\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u5f15\u8d77\u5641\u5fc3\u548c\u5614\u5410\u3002\u6700\u8fd1\u7684\u81e8\u5e8a\u8a66\u9a57\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u53e3\u670d GLP-1 \u85e5\u7269\u7684\u9577\u671f\u6210\u529f\u5c07\u53d6\u6c7a\u65bc\u8010\u53d7\u6027\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u6b63\u900f\u904e\u8abf\u6574\u5291\u91cf\u548c\u6ef4\u5b9a\u6642\u9593\u8868\uff0c\u5c07\u9019\u4e9b\u8f15\u5fae\u7684\u526f\u4f5c\u7528\u964d\u81f3\u6700\u4f4e\uff1b\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u53e3\u670d\u85e5\u7269\u9700\u8981\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u78ba\u8a8d\u5176\u771f\u6b63\u53ef\u53d6\u4ee3\u6ce8\u5c04\u5291\u7684\u5730\u4f4d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>\u5546\u696d\u6e96\u5099\uff1a\u4e2d\u570b\u5e02\u5834\u6e96\u5099\u8fce\u63a5 GLP-1 \u7684\u71b1\u6f6e<\/h2>\n<p>\u4e2d\u570b GLP-1 \u5e02\u5834\u5df2\u6e96\u5099\u597d\u5927\u5e45\u64f4\u5f35\uff0c\u8de8\u570b\u548c\u570b\u5167\u88fd\u85e5\u516c\u53f8\u90fd\u5728\u70ba\u5546\u696d\u5316\u4e0a\u5e02\u505a\u6e96\u5099\u3002\u4e00\u4e9b\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u5305\u62ec<\/p>\n<h3>1. <strong>Novo Nordisk \u548c Eli Lilly \u7684\u52a0\u5165<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u8207\u6b64\u540c\u6642\uff0cNovo Nordisk \u548c Eli Lilly \u5df2\u5206\u5225\u5728\u4e2d\u570b\u6210\u529f\u63a8\u51fa\u6ce8\u5c04\u7528 GLP-1 \u85e5\u7269 Wegovy \u548c Zepbound\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u5168\u7403\u9700\u6c42\u548c\u7522\u80fd\u7684\u9650\u5236\uff0c\u5169\u5bb6\u516c\u53f8\u90fd\u5c0d\u5168\u9762\u4f9b\u61c9\u63a1\u53d6\u89c0\u671b\u614b\u5ea6\u3002\u9019\u610f\u5473\u8457\u8afe\u548c\u8afe\u5fb7\u9650\u5236\u4e86\u5c0d\u4e2d\u570b\u7684\u4f9b\u61c9\uff0c\u800c\u79ae\u4f86\u4e5f\u56e0\u70ba\u540c\u6a23\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u5ef6\u9072\u4e86 Zepbound \u7684\u5168\u9762\u4e0a\u5e02\u3002\u5169\u5bb6\u516c\u53f8\u90fd\u6839\u64da\u4e2d\u570b\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u91cf\u8eab\u6253\u9020\u7522\u54c1\uff1bZepbound \u7372\u6279\u7684 BMI \u7bc4\u570d\u66f4\u5ee3\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>2. <strong>Innovent \u7684 Mazdutide\uff1a\u570b\u5167\u7684\u6311\u6230\u8005<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u4e2d\u570b\u88fd\u85e5\u4f01\u696d\u5275\u65b0\u85e5\u696d\u6253\u7b97\u5728 2025 \u5e74\u5e95\u524d\u63a8\u51fa\u5176\u96d9\u9776\u9ede GLP-1 \u85e5\u7269 Mazdutide\u3002\u82f1\u83ef\u9054\u7684\u7af6\u722d\u5b9a\u4f4d\u5728\u65bc\u767c\u6398\u65e5\u76ca\u589e\u9577\u7684\u570b\u5167\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u6709\u6548\u5730\u8655\u7406\u76e3\u7ba1\u74b0\u5883\u3002\u99ac\u8332\u675c\u80bd\u7684\u9810\u671f\u4e0a\u5e02\u5c07\u662f\u570b\u5167\u7b2c\u4e00\u500b\u540c\u6642\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u80a5\u80d6\u75c7\u548c\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u7684 GLP-1 \u85e5\u7269\u3002\u4e2d\u570b\u64c1\u6709\u9f90\u5927\u7684\u75c5\u60a3\u7fa4\uff0c\u52a0\u4e0a\u65b0\u9673\u4ee3\u8b1d\u75be\u75c5\u65e5\u76ca\u666e\u904d\uff0cInnovent \u7684\u7b56\u7565\u5b9a\u4f4d\u662f\u6210\u70ba\u5e02\u5834\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u53c3\u8207\u8005\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>3. <strong>\u7576\u5730\u65b0\u8208\u696d\u8005<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u672c\u5730\u516c\u53f8\u4e5f\u5728 GLP-1 \u5e02\u5834\u4e0a\u5927\u5c55\u62f3\u8173\uff0c\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u53e3\u670d\u548c\u6ce8\u5c04\u5019\u9078\u85e5\u7269\u6b63\u8655\u65bc\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u81e8\u5e8a\u8a66\u9a57\u968e\u6bb5\u3002\u6046\u745e\u7684\u53e3\u670d GLP-1 HRS-7535 \u9810\u8a08\u5c07\u65bc\u77ed\u671f\u5167\u5b8c\u6210\u7b2c\u4e8c\u968e\u6bb5\u8a66\u9a57\uff0c\u800c\u5176\u6ce8\u5c04\u5019\u9078\u85e5\u7269 HRS-9531 \u5247\u5df2\u5168\u9762\u9032\u5165\u7b2c\u4e09\u968e\u6bb5\u7814\u7a76\u3002Hansoh \u7e7c\u7e8c\u9032\u884c\u5176\u53e3\u670d GLP-1 \u5019\u9078\u85e5\u7269 HDM1002 \u7684\u7b2c\u4e8c\u968e\u6bb5\u7814\u7a76\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e2d\u570b\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u88fd\u85e5\u4f01\u696d\u5df2\u5728 GLP-1 \u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u7814\u767c\u4e0a\u6295\u5165\u5927\u91cf\u8cc7\u91d1\uff0c\u4ee5\u628a\u63e1\u9ad4\u91cd\u7ba1\u7406\u548c\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u6cbb\u7642\u9700\u6c42\u6210\u9577\u7684\u6a5f\u6703\u3002\u5728\u570b\u5167\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u6210\u529f\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u5728\u65bc\u5176\u898f\u6a21\u3001\u6eff\u8db3\u6cd5\u898f\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u8207\u8afe\u548c\u8afe\u5fb7 (Novo Nordisk) \u548c\u79ae\u4f86 (Eli Lilly) \u7b49\u5168\u7403\u5de8\u982d\u7af6\u722d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>\u5c07 GLP-1 \u7684\u9069\u61c9\u75c7\u64f4\u5c55\u81f3\u80a5\u80d6\u75c7\u548c\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u4e4b\u5916<\/h2>\n<p>\u96d6\u7136\u80a5\u80d6\u75c7\u548c 2 \u578b\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u4ecd\u662f GLP-1 \u85e5\u7269\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u76ee\u6a19\uff0c\u4f46\u4eba\u5011\u5c0d\u65bc\u64f4\u5927\u9019\u4e9b\u85e5\u7269\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u7bc4\u570d\u4ee5\u6cbb\u7642\u5176\u4ed6\u65b0\u9673\u4ee3\u8b1d\u548c\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u8208\u8da3\u8207\u65e5\u4ff1\u589e\u3002\u65b0\u8208\u7684\u81e8\u5e8a\u8a66\u9a57\u6b63\u5728\u63a2\u7d22 GLP-1 \u85e5\u7269\u5728\u6cbb\u7642\u4ee5\u4e0b\u75c5\u75c7\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u7642\u6548\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u75be\u75c5 (CVD)<\/strong>:\u9452\u65bc\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u75be\u75c5\u5728\u4e2d\u570b\u7684\u9ad8\u60a3\u75c5\u7387\uff0c\u4eba\u5011\u5c0d\u4f7f\u7528 GLP-1 \u85e5\u7269\u964d\u4f4e\u80a5\u80d6\u548c\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u75be\u75c5\u98a8\u96aa\u975e\u5e38\u611f\u8208\u8da3\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u6162\u6027\u814e\u75c5 (CKD)<\/strong>:\u6709\u5e7e\u5bb6\u516c\u53f8\u6b63\u5728\u7814\u7a76 GLP-1 \u85e5\u7269\u5728\u5ef6\u7de9 CKD\uff08\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u7684\u5e38\u898b\u4f75\u767c\u75c7\uff09\u767c\u5c55\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u6f5b\u5728\u76ca\u8655\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u4ee3\u8b1d\u529f\u80fd\u5931\u8abf\u76f8\u95dc\u6027\u8102\u80aa\u6027\u809d\u708e (MASH)<\/strong>:\u96d6\u7136 GLP-1 \u85e5\u7269\u4ecd\u8655\u65bc\u65e9\u671f\u7814\u7a76\u968e\u6bb5\uff0c\u4f46\u5df2\u958b\u59cb\u6e2c\u8a66\u5176\u6539\u5584 MASH (\u4e00\u7a2e\u5e38\u8207\u80a5\u80d6\u6709\u95dc\u7684\u75be\u75c5) \u60a3\u8005\u809d\u529f\u80fd\u548c\u6e1b\u5c11\u7e96\u7dad\u5316\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u9019\u4e9b\u64f4\u5927\u7684\u9069\u61c9\u75c7\u53ef\u4ee5\u91cb\u653e\u51fa\u65b0\u7684\u5e02\u5834\uff0c\u4e26\u589e\u52a0 \u85e5\u7269\u7684\u672a\u4f86\u524d\u666f\u770b\u597d\uff0c\u5176\u6f5b\u5728\u61c9\u7528\u9060\u9060\u8d85\u51fa\u4e86\u5176\u6700\u521d\u5728\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u6cbb\u7642\u4e2d\u7684\u7528\u9014\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>\u7d50\u8ad6\uff1aGLP-1 \u85e5\u7269\u5728\u4e2d\u570b\u7684\u524d\u666f<\/h2>\n<p>GLP-1 \u5728\u4e2d\u570b\u6b63\u8655\u65bc\u4e00\u500b\u62d0\u9ede\uff0c\u53e3\u670d\u548c\u6ce8\u5c04\u5291\u578b\u6b63\u5728\u722d\u596a\u5e02\u5834\u9818\u5c0e\u5730\u4f4d\u3002\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u6ce8\u5c04\u5291\u56e0\u5176\u7642\u6548\u9818\u5148\uff0c\u800c\u53e3\u670d GLP-1 \u85e5\u7269\u5247\u56e0\u5176\u65b9\u4fbf\u6027\u53ca\u5176\u5c0d\u5e02\u5834\u7684\u6f5b\u5728\u64fe\u4e82\u6027\u800c\u8fc5\u901f\u88ab\u63a5\u53d7\u3002\u96a8\u8457\u5168\u7403\u548c\u570b\u5167\u88fd\u85e5\u516c\u53f8\u52a0\u5feb\u5546\u696d\u5316\u6e96\u5099\uff0c\u672a\u4f86\u5169\u5e74\u5c0d\u65bc\u9019\u500b\u9818\u57df\u7684\u9577\u671f\u8d0f\u5bb6\u4f86\u8aaa\u5c07\u975e\u5e38\u95dc\u9375\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u56e0\u6b64\uff0cGLP-1 \u85e5\u7269\u7684\u51fa\u73fe\u70ba\u4e2d\u570b\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u9ad4\u91cd\u7ba1\u7406\u548c\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u8b77\u7406\u958b\u95e2\u4e86\u65b0\u7684\u9818\u57df\uff0c\u5e36\u4f86\u4e86\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u7372\u5f97\u6cbb\u7642\u548c\u66f4\u9ad8\u7642\u6548\u7684\u5e0c\u671b\u3002\u96a8\u8457\u81e8\u5e8a\u8a66\u9a57\u7684\u4e0d\u65b7\u9032\u884c\uff0c\u9069\u61c9\u75c7\u7684\u4e0d\u65b7\u64f4\u5927\uff0cGLP-1\u985e\u85e5\u7269\u53ef\u80fd\u5f88\u5feb\u5c31\u6703\u5728\u4e2d\u570b\u4e43\u81f3\u5168\u7403\u7684\u4ee3\u8b1d\u75be\u75c5\u6cbb\u7642\u9818\u57df\u6380\u8d77\u4e00\u5834\u9769\u547d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u96a8\u8457\u4e2d\u570b
